  Dear God what an awful.place to collect or deliver from! Especially in an artic. The yard is too busy for its size. When manoeuvring there are vans, 3.5t box vans and artics moving about in the same space. The van drivers really couldn't give a rats ass about anyone and cut you up or stop in your space. Add to this there are people just bimbling around the yard who think nothing of walking round you or behind you while you're trying to move and how there hasn't been either an auto accident or someone run iver I'll never know. The shunter is a decent bloke who will happily bank you in or try to stop traffic while you get sorted and the lads in the warehouse are always easy to get on with, but the yard is just frustrating and an accident waiting to happen.

  Insane method of working - if your parcel is out for delivery and you miss it or the driver can't find your door, it gets marked as delivered at the end of the day and you need to call up the next morning to ask for it to be redeliveed, which they then say "we have to request, otherwise it'll be sent tomorrow". Baffled at this method of working for a delivery company to automatically mark a package as delivered when it's returned to the warehouse 🤨🤨🤨🤨
